The Above link is for use by licensed Ham radio operators. Please enter your Callsign as your nick. If you failed to do this initially, type

This page is to help ARES operators check into our weekly net, but it can help any other amateur get connected to the kk7ma IRC server.
Below are downloadable clients, you will have to set your name up(callsign), and add the server of home.kk7ma.com port 6667 (usually written as home.kk7ma.com:6667)
You will also want to /join #ares once you are connected to the server. If you require help with IRC, please /join #KK7MA the help channel.
All connections, including but not limited to:server connections, channel connections, or dcc/ctcp connections, are your responsibility. You are required to maintain your own security and use your judgement as to the type of connections you accept. Downloading images or files are your choice. Reject connections from unknown sources. This server is available to the public, abuses are possible. kk7ma.com and the callsign holder are not liable for your inability to use good judgement in your security practices, or choices made on the internet.
With that said, kk7ma, Michael Abernathy, AND any operators/managers/and channel operators will maintain discipline by enforcing the proper use of the server. This server is only for licensed amateur operators. If you are not a licensed operator, please be advised that you are not allowed to connect to this server. A system wide ban will be issued when we find misuse of the server. This includes users that are not licensed to be an amateur radio operator. If you are on the server, please be prepared to show proof of a valid license. You will be removed for failing to provide any requested documentation. Although it is our intention for staff to resolve all problems and violators, we cannot be held liable for any problems or violators(whether we resolve the problem or violator, or not). No one, except the owners and their appointed representatives have any right to even use the server. Only the owner has the right to the info contained on the server. Any legal recourse due to a user on the server, will be issued to said user, and no one else.
With that said, Ham radio operators do have the ability to make new channels, register them, and maintain them. Please have fun, and use the server for productive means. If this server goes down for any reason, please be patient. We may use it for local usages when needed.
